29th Annual Workplace Torts and Workers’ Comp Seminar

For the seventh year, Vernon Sumwalt will co-moderate the North Carolina Advocates for Justice’s Annual Workplace Torts and Workers’ Comp seminar in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, on December 2, 2022. This is the 29th instance of the seminar, which has become one of the most anticipated workers’ comp seminars in North Carolina. Mr. Sumwalt will also present, with his co-moderator Stewart Poisson, on “Workers’ Compensation Appellate Court Decisions since November 2021” at Workplace Torts and Workers’ Comp CLE.
